These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between CARRE Florian, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer", wishing to purchase digital products offered for sale on the Gumroad platform.
The products offered are code templates (boilerplates) for web and mobile application development, under the commercial name "Craft".

Currency conversion (if applicable) is performed automatically by your bank or payment provider according to the exchange rate at the time of payment.
Orders are placed via the Gumroad platform (gumroad.com). The Customer selects the desired product(s), provides their email address, and proceeds to payment.

Payment is made online via the secure Gumroad platform. Accepted payment methods are:
Transactions are secured by Gumroad via SSL protocol. The Seller does not have access to the Customer's banking information, which is processed exclusively by Gumroad and its PCI-DSS certified payment providers.
An invoice/receipt is automatically generated by Gumroad and sent via email to the Customer after payment validation.
Products are delivered digitally via instant download. The Customer receives an email containing the download link(s) within minutes of payment validation.
Download links are valid indefinitely via the Customer's Gumroad account. However, it is recommended to save downloaded files.
No delivery fees apply (digital delivery).
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Due to the immediate digital nature of the products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the download link has been provided or the license key has been delivered, no refund will be issued. By completing the purchase, the Customer:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute not resolved amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Valenciennes, France, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or third-party claims.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication online.
